Fever's Late Rally Falls Short

In a thrilling WNBA matchup, the Chicago Sky edged out the Indiana Fever 71-70 on Thursday night at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
The Fever trailed by 10 points with less than three minutes remaining, but a late surge led by Victoria Vivians' seven points brought them within one point of the Sky. However, Chicago's Kahleah Copper hit a key free throw with 10 seconds left to seal the victory.
Copper led the Sky with 18 points and five rebounds, while Astou Ndour added 12 points. Vivians paced the Fever with 16 points, and Aaliyah Boston had 14 points and 11 rebounds.
Despite the loss, the Fever showed signs of improvement and played with determination throughout the game. They will look to bounce back in their next match against the Washington Mystics on Saturday.
